I have 27 years of experience in the financial services industry and in 1993, I joined Glenrand MIB Limited, where I thrived and was appointed director at the age of 25. After seven years, I resigned to pursue my goal to start my own business. That business, Jorgensen Berman Lascaris Wealth Management, is now 20 years old.

I’m a Certified Financial Planner® and a member of the Financial Intermediaries Association of Southern Africa (FIA). I’ve lectured thousands of people on personal financial planning and investing and have facilitated in-house personal finance training for the management of companies such as Eskom, GlaxoSmithkline, MTN, the Development Bank of Southern Africa, the National Intelligence Agency, and the Gauteng Economic Development Agency.

I have appeared on SAfm and Radio 702 & SABC2 as a financial expert and articles of mine have been published in Sunday Times, Business Day, Tribute and iAfrica.com. When not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and three children, and wildlife photography is one of my passions.
