I am a private wealth manager at NFB Private Wealth Management and provide financial planning services and advice to individuals and trusts. After earning a BComm (Hons) degree from Rhodes University, I started my career in private banking, although my interest lay in financial planning, where I could serve in a client-centric role.

An opportunity arose for me to join NFB Private Wealth Management, and since joining, I have obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning as well as the Certified Financial Planning Designation. I believe that financial planning and wealth management are not exclusively about money; instead, they are about understanding a client’s unique requirements to make informed decisions that will positively impact their life.

My name is Thulisile Nkomo (CFP®) and I am Private Wealth Manager that provides financial planning services to individual clients and their related family groupings, businesses and trusts. After completing my BComm Accounting Degree with the University of Johannesburg, I started my career in the financial services industry in 2010 as a Fund Accountant.

My passion was always in financial planning and an opportunity was presented to me in 2013 when I was offered a position as an admin assistant to a Private Wealth Manager at NFB. Whilst working for NFB I have obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, followed by an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Free State.

I am committed to building my knowledge in the industry and I am passionate about educating my clients. My passion for the industry is cemented by a following of loyal clients that I have amassed in the last few years.
